This package is for you if all the plans have been made and the needed vendors sourced. Choose this option if you only need help with managing the vendors and controlling the flow of activities on the event day.
Here are what to expect:
*planning starts out 2 months before event day
*tons of advice via email or phone,
*at least 20 hours dedicated to your wedding (including 10 hours on
event day, 2 hours for rehearsal, 1 venue walkthrough, 3 hours of meetings and
time spent on side tasks),
*vendor contract review,
*handing out final vendor payments on the event day
*follow-up with vendors,
*venue walk through,
*finalize and confirm venue arrangements,
*help with seating arrangements and floor-plan design,
*set-up and tear-down assistance and supervision,
*event activities coordination,
and several other details as needed.
